Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings: • 48 hours or more notice: If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be fully refunded. • Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, Project Pamper Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the total booking value. • Within 1 hour or no-show: If you cancel with less than 1 hour’s notice or do not attend your appointment, Project Pamper Ltd reserves the right to charge the full treatment amount (100% of the booking value) regardless of payment method. These cancellation procedures apply for any reason, including reasons beyond your control, and are in place to ensure that all of our therapists are fairly compensated for their time. Arrivals later than half of the scheduled treatment duration will be treated as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the total booking value regardless of payment method.
