Group and Occasion Bookings
Massages, manicures and pedicures for groups, at our studio on Hackney Road. Whether it's four of you before a wedding or a whole team on a Friday afternoon, we can run several treatments at the same time and build the morning or afternoon around what you'd like.
What we can do
The studio has three treatment rooms, three treatment chairs, four nail stations and two pedicure chairs, so we can see up to twelve people at once depending on the treatments chosen. Smaller groups are straightforward. Larger ones we'll plan carefully with you, staggering treatments so nobody is left waiting.

1. Bridal Mornings - nails and a massage before the day, for the bride and whoever she'd like with her.
2. Hen Parties - a calm alternative to the usual. Treatments, not activities.
3. Birthdays - for one person or the whole group.
4. Team Days & Workplace Retreats - an afternoon out of the office. We can invoice your company directly.
5. Anything else - a group of friends who just want an afternoon. That counts too.

We'll come back to you within three working days with what's possible and a quote.

If you'd like to talk it through first, you can book a short phone call with us at the same time.

Once you're happy, we take a 40% deposit to hold the studio and confirm the booking.

The balance is settled on the day.
Good to know

We're open Tuesday to Friday 11am–8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11am–6pm. We're closed on Mondays.

Weekend dates go quickly. If you have a fixed date, get in touch early.

We're not able to offer treatments during pregnancy at the moment. If anyone in your group is pregnant, please tell us when you enquire. We'd much rather sort it out in advance than have someone find out on the day.

Cancelling or changing a group booking: we need at least 7 days' notice. Inside 7 days, the 40% deposit is not refundable. A group booking holds space across the studio that we can't fill at short notice, which is why this differs from our usual policy for individual appointments.

Let us know in advance about recent injuries, surgery or any medical conditions. Everyone completes a short consultation form on arrival, and occasionally a treatment needs to be adjusted.

You're welcome to bring a bottle for the group.

We can post gift cards ahead of the day if you'd like the treatments to be a present.
Where is Project Pamper?

How many people can you take at once?
Up to twelve, depending on the treatments. Larger groups can be staggered across a morning or afternoon.
How far ahead should I book?
For weekends and bridal dates, as far ahead as you can. For weekday groups, a few weeks is usually enough.
Can we bring drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring a bottle for the group. We'd ask you to keep it sensible before treatments — massage and a lot of alcohol don't go well together, and a therapist may need to change or postpone a treatment for anyone who's had too much. That's for your comfort as much as anything.
Can someone in our group have a treatment while pregnant?
Not at the moment. We're not currently set up to offer treatments during pregnancy. Please tell us when you enquire and we'll plan the day around it — they're very welcome to come along either way.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Tell us on the form and we'll send an invoice with the details you need.
What's the deposit?
40% of the total, taken once you've confirmed. The balance is settled on the day.
What if we need to cancel or change the date?
Let us know as soon as you can. With at least 7 days' notice we can move or cancel the booking without charge. Inside 7 days, the deposit isn't refundable.
What if one person can't make it on the day?
Tell us as soon as you know. We'll do what we can, but treatments booked for that person within 7 days of the date may still be charged.
Do you do treatments at our venue?
Not at present. All treatments take place at the studio.
