HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your amount. Pick a voucher and pay online. During our launch offer, you pay less than the voucher is worth.
2. It arrives by email. Your voucher and its code are sent straight to your inbox — or forward it to whoever it's for. You can also request a printed card if you want. Just leave your mailing address at the message box. Buying in person? We have printed cards in the salon.
3. They book whenever they're ready. Enter the code at checkout on projectpamper.co.uk, or bring it in. Any unused balance stays on the card.
FAQ
Can vouchers be used on any treatment? Yes — massage, head, shoulder and foot treatments, manicures and pedicures. For wellness packages, email us at hello@projectpamper.co.uk and we'll arrange it by hand.
How long is a voucher valid? 12 months from the day it's bought.
What if the treatment costs more than the voucher? Just pay the difference on the day.
What if it costs less? The rest stays on the card for next time.
Can I buy a printed voucher? Yes. We have printed cards in the salon. If you'd rather have one posted, buy your voucher online and leave the address you'd like it sent to, or email us at hello@projectpamper.co.uk — we'll write your voucher out by hand and post it free anywhere in the UK. Please allow 3–5 working days. Your code is emailed to you the moment you buy, so the voucher can be used straight away — the printed one is simply something to hand over.
Can I use a discount code as well? Vouchers can't be combined with other discount codes, but the launch bonus is already built into the price.
