1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all online purchases made through our website, including:

  • Treatment bookings,

  • Gift vouchers, and

  • Retail products (e.g. massage oils, wellness items, or other physical goods).

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy, which operates alongside our Treatment Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Orders

All retail product orders are processed via our secure Wix platform.
Orders may be:

  • Fulfilled directly by Project Pamper Ltd from our London studio, or

  • Dispatched via our approved third-party suppliers or dropshipping partners.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3–5 business days.
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer a refund or alternative.

3. Click & Collect

Customers may choose to collect purchases in person from our London studio.
Collection details will be provided once your order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID upon collection.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion (minus any non-recoverable processing fees).

4. Delivery

For shipped orders:

  • Standard UK delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Project Pamper Ltd is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds – Retail Products

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products, opened containers, or personal care items such as oils or creams.

To initiate a return, please email hello@projectpamper.co.uk  with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you must return the product within 14 days at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@projectpamper.co.uk
, attaching clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-store and are redeemable for treatments or retail products at Project Pamper Ltd.

Terms of Use:

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment.

If a voucher is used to book a treatment, the standard cancellation policy for treatments applies.

8. Online Treatment Bookings

Treatment bookings made through our online system are subject to our Treatment Terms & Conditions.

Deposits or full payments are required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in Section 3 of our Terms.

Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows will not be issued unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellations – Retail Purchases

If you wish to cancel a retail order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@projectpamper.co.uk. If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.
Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as a return under Section 5 of this policy.

10. Refunds Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
Project Pamper Ltd reserves the right to deduct delivery or transaction processing fees where applicable.

11. Customer Data and Privacy

All personal information collected during your online purchase is handled securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy & Data Protection Policy (Section 16).
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your order.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
