Opening & Bookings
When will the studio open?
Our Finchley studio is currently being renovated and will open in early 2026. Join our mailing list to receive updates, launch news and early access to bookings.
How do I book an appointment?
Online booking will open closer to our launch date. For now, you can register your interest and be the first to hear when appointments become available.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Limited walk-in availability may be offered depending on the day.
What happens if I’m running late?
To keep the day running smoothly, your treatment may need to be shortened if you arrive late. The full fee will still apply.
Cancellations & Payments
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged the full treatment cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ll accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and online payment when booking.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — digital and physical gift vouchers will be available before we open. They make a thoughtful treat for someone who deserves a moment of calm.
Our Treatments
What nail treatments do you offer?
Our manicure menu includes Refresh, Express, Signature and Ultimate treatments — all focusing on natural nail health and high-quality finishes.
Do you offer gel removal?
Yes. We’ll provide safe and gentle gel removal as an add-on or standalone service.
What massage therapies do you offer?
Choose from aromatherapy, deep tissue, hot stone, herbal compress, foot sauna and reflexology. Each treatment can be tailored to how you’re feeling on the day.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Not at launch. Pregnancy massage requires specialist training — once our certified therapists join the team, we’ll update our menu.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. When booking opens, you’ll be able to choose your preferred therapist if they’re available.
Before Your Visit
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your consultation form and enjoy a calm start.
What should I wear for my massage?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Towels and professional draping are used throughout your treatment.
Can I visit if I have a medical condition?
Yes. Some conditions may require GP approval, so please let us know in advance so we can advise you safely.
