After months of renovation, preparation, and — if we're being honest — a fair few storms along the way, we have an important update to share with our community: Project Pamper's grand opening is moving to July 2026.
We know this isn't the news many of you were hoping for. You've been patiently waiting, signing up to our mailing list, and sending us the kindest messages of support. You deserve the full picture.
Why Is Project Pamper Opening in July?
We want to be completely transparent with you, because that's the kind of studio we are.
The final hurdle has been a significant international shipping delay affecting our core salon equipment, furniture, and stock — all of which are still in transit from China and will not arrive until early July. This was entirely outside our control. The shipping company had initially confirmed delivery, and we planned our June launch around that commitment. That confirmation turned out to be incorrect.
This delay follows a journey that has genuinely tested us:
A contractor who disappeared mid-renovation, leaving work unfinished.
A blocked pipe and a sudden toilet leak that threatened to set us back weeks.
And finally, the shipping delay that has pushed our opening timeline into July.
There have been difficult days. Real tears. Moments of wondering how we'd pull it through. But we're still here, and we're still standing.
We refused to cut corners or compromise on what we promised you: a properly equipped, beautifully finished studio staffed by skilled, qualified therapists. That standard hasn't changed. The timeline has.

Massage therapies — aromatherapy, deep tissue, hot stone, herbal ball, head and shoulder, and foot reflexology. Prices from £35.
Wellness packages — combining nail and massage treatments for a complete self-care visit.
Foot sauna — a dry-heat treatment warming the feet and lower legs, available as a standalone service or a warm-up add-on.
